The Single Infeed Fully Automated Palletizing Cell is ideal for the company with a single packaging line that needs additional automation of the palletizing process, and has space allocated for the process. Product in the shipping container such as cases, pails or others are received on a positioning conveyor which will index the packaged product into position for robotic picking.
The robot will pick the package and place it into a pallet stack pattern selected by the operator via HMI recipe. A pallet configurator allows for a recipe creation and a variety of pattern options. A pallet stack is loaded into the pallet dispenser which indexes pallets onto the pallet conveyor. The empty pallet is loaded by the robot. Once completed, the pallet indexes out onto the conveyor for the forklift operator to pick.
